How to Take Rixadone Oral

The usual starting dose for schizophrenia is 1 mg twice daily, which may be adjusted by your doctor. The maximum daily dose is 5 mg, taken twice a day. For acute mania, the starting dose is 2 mg once daily, adjustable as needed. For behavioral problems in dementia, start with 0.25 mg twice daily. Dosages for children and those with specific conditions will vary.
