Dr. Thomas Fisher

Dr. Thomas Fisher is a rare combination of scientist, clinician, educator, and martial artist whose career spans more than four decades of human performance work. As a Senior Lecturer in Applied Exercise Physiology at the University of Central Florida and a Human Performance Consultant with UCF Athletics, he bridges the gap between laboratory research and real-world results every day. Since 1986, he has served as Clinical Director of MonuMental Performance, a private practice dedicated to performance enhancement, sport psychology, and physical training. Dr. Fisher has led Muscle Media Magazine as Editor-in-Chief since 2016, bringing an evidence-based yet motivational voice to readers worldwide. A senior black-belt instructor, examiner, and referee with nearly six decades of training across more than a dozen styles, he embodies the discipline he teaches.
