Muscle Media Magazine

Muscle.
With a mind.

A magazine for the body you train. And the mind that makes it happen.

Brains and brawn.
Same team.

Good questions.
Better reps.

There’s more to performance than the next set. What you eat. How you recover. What you tell yourself when the going gets tough. We bring those conversations together.

Training, nutrition, supplementation, health and mindset: different pages of the same story. Muscle Media is for readers who want to understand the thinking behind the training.

Our story,
still unfolding.

Always another
good question.
