How to Take Panadol Tablets, Mini Caps

Adults and children over 12 years: 1-2 tablets/caplets every four to six hours as needed, not exceeding 8 in 24 hours. Children 7-12 years: ½ to 1 tablet/caplet every four to six hours, not exceeding 4 in 24 hours. Not for use in children under 7 years.
