How to Take Mayne Pharma Doxycycline

For infections, the usual starting dose is two 100 mg capsules on the first day, followed by one 100 mg capsule daily. For acne, the typical dose is one 50 mg capsule daily. For malaria prevention, take one 100 mg capsule daily starting two days before entering a malarious area and continuing for four weeks after leaving.
What If You Miss a Dose?
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it's almost time for your next dose. In that case, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
