What Is Lazcluze Used For?

Lazcluze is a medication that contains lazertinib and is used in combination with amivantamab to treat adults diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer. This type of cancer can spread in the body and is associated with specific changes in the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene.

Primary Uses

Lazcluze is primarily used for treating non-small cell lung cancer that has metastasized and exhibits mutations in the EGFR gene.

How It Works

Lazcluze works by blocking the activity of the EGFR, which may help to slow or stop the growth of lung cancer and potentially reduce tumor size.

Good to know: Lazcluze is not considered addictive.
