How to Take Jinarc
It is important to follow the prescribed dosage instructions for Jinarc to ensure its effectiveness.
Dosage Instructions
Jinarc is taken in two doses each day. The combinations are 45 mg + 15 mg, 60 mg + 30 mg, or 90 mg + 30 mg. The higher dose should be taken in the morning at least 30 minutes before food, and the lower dose should be taken 8 hours later, with or without food.
What If You Miss a Dose?
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember on the same day. If it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not take a double dose.
Important: Never double dose to make up for a missed dose.
