What Is Pomalyst Used For?

Pomalyst is a medication that contains the active ingredient pomalidomide. It is primarily used in combination with dexamethasone to treat adult patients diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, particularly when the disease has progressed after two prior therapies. It can also be used with dexamethasone and bortezomib for patients whose disease has progressed after one therapy.

How to Take Pomalyst

Pomalyst should be taken as directed by your doctor. It is important to follow their instructions carefully.

What If You Miss a Dose?

If you miss a dose and it's less than 12 hours until your next dose, skip the missed dose. Otherwise, take it as soon as you remember but do not double the dose.
