How to Take Imrest

Imrest should be taken only when you can ensure a full night's sleep of 7 to 8 hours.

Dosage Instructions

The standard adult dose is one tablet taken just before bedtime. For those over 65 or with liver or kidney issues, the dose is half a tablet.

What If You Miss a Dose?

If you forget to take Imrest before bed, do not take it if you wake up late at night or early in the morning.

Important: Never take more than the recommended dose unless directed by your doctor.
