How to Take Gilenya

Adults typically take one 0.5 mg capsule daily. For children and adolescents, the dosage depends on body weight: 0.25 mg for those weighing 40 kg or less, and 0.5 mg for those over 40 kg.

If you miss a dose, skip it and take the next dose at the scheduled time. Do not double the dose to make up for a missed one.
