How to Take Enlafax XR

The usual starting dose for depression and anxiety is 75 mg once daily, which may be increased to 150 mg after two weeks. For panic attacks, start with 37.5 mg daily for 4 to 7 days, then increase to 75 mg daily.

If you miss a dose and it's less than 12 hours until your next dose, skip the missed dose. Otherwise, take it as soon as you remember. Do not double the dose.
