How to Take Kadcyla

Kadcyla is administered by a healthcare professional through an IV infusion.

Dosage Instructions

Kadcyla is given once every three weeks. The first infusion lasts 90 minutes, but if tolerated well, subsequent infusions may be shortened to 30 minutes.

If you miss an appointment for your Kadcyla infusion, schedule a new appointment as soon as possible; do not wait for the next planned appointment.

Important: Never double dose if you miss an appointment.
